Buying tickets
Search for your event, pick a section on the seat map or filter the listings, choose your quantity, and head to checkout. Your card, bank transfer or crypto payment is captured securely and your order is confirmed by email.
Listed prices are per ticket. A transparent service fee and total are shown before you pay — no surprises at the final step.
Yes — for most events you can pick a specific section on the interactive seat map and preview the 3D view from your seat before purchasing.
Many sellers offer Instant Download or Mobile Transfer, so last-minute purchases are common. Filter listings by "Instant" to see only those.
Most events allow up to 8 tickets per order. Some events have lower limits — they're shown on the event page.
Yes — once delivered, mobile tickets can be transferred to a friend's phone. E-tickets can be forwarded by email.
Splits are the quantities a seller will sell together. A "splits 2,4" listing means you can buy 2 or 4, but not 1 or 3.
Yes — an account is required so we can deliver your tickets and protect your order with the Buyer Guarantee.
Selling tickets
Listing is free. We only charge a flat 0% seller fee when your ticket sells. No subscription, no monthly cost.
Payouts are released 5 days after the event. You can choose bank transfer, crypto (BTC/ETH/USDT) or your TicketLover wallet.
Yes — until the ticket sells. Once sold, the order is locked in and must be fulfilled to keep your seller rating.
A trusted seller with 50+ completed sales and a rating above 4.7★. Super Sellers get premium placement and a verified badge.
You're expected to provide a comparable replacement at your cost, or you pay the buyer's refund plus a service charge. Repeated failure to fulfil leads to account suspension.
You set your own price. Some events restrict resale above face value in certain regions — we'll let you know if that applies.
Delivery
Delivery depends on the listing — most are Mobile Transfer, E-Ticket or Instant Download. The method is shown on every listing before you buy.
A PDF e-ticket that's available the moment your payment clears — usually within seconds. Look for the lightning icon on the listing.
The seller transfers the ticket to your phone wallet (Apple/Google) via the venue's ticket app. Most transfers happen within a few hours.
Most arrive within hours. Tickets delivered closer to the event are common and expected — you'll always have them before doors open.
Contact support immediately. Under the Buyer Guarantee, we'll send comparable replacements at no extra cost or refund you 100%.
Payments
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Bank Transfer, and Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT). All three are available at checkout.
Yes — we never store full card numbers on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed via PCI-compliant systems.
No. The service fee and any delivery fee are shown before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Card instalments are coming soon. For now, you can spread payment via your bank if your provider supports it.
Refunds
Under the Buyer Guarantee: if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, your ticket turns out to be invalid, or it doesn't arrive in time.
Your tickets stay valid for the new date by default. If you can't attend the new date, contact support — we'll work with you on a refund or exchange.
Card refunds usually clear in 5–10 business days. Bank Transfer and Crypto refunds are typically faster (24–72 hours).
Orders are non-cancellable once the seller has accepted them, because tickets are released from inventory immediately. The Buyer Guarantee covers the rare cases where something goes wrong.

Contact support with your order number — we handle it directly. Most claims are resolved within 24 hours.
Yes — events you choose not to attend, lost/stolen tickets after delivery, or tickets that violate venue rules at your end are not covered.
My account
Click "Sign up" in the top right, enter your name, email and password, and choose buyer or seller. Buyer accounts can upgrade to selling later.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot?" — we'll email you a secure reset link valid for 60 minutes.
In your account → Profile → Security. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
Yes — contact support and we'll close your account within 30 days, after any open orders/payouts are settled.
In your account → Profile, update the field and confirm via the verification email/SMS we send.
Trust & safety
Every seller is identity-verified. Listings are monitored 24/7 by automated systems plus a human trust team. Suspicious activity is flagged within seconds.
TicketLover will never ask for your password or payment details outside the secure checkout. Report any suspicious email or message via the contact form.
We verify that listings match real events and reasonable price bands. Final ticket authenticity is checked on delivery, and any issue triggers the Buyer Guarantee.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We collect only what we need. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
